Boredom on the bank holiday has led to me actually doing something with my time. So I chose to go to Battersea because I hadn’t been there for a very long while, at least 3 years!

Taken whilst being allowed to take photographs unlike Kings Cross where I earlier had been taken aside and spoken to. But otherwise first time visit to the station and I was amazed by its size, symbolism of a great age and the statues such a this intriguing one of John Betjeman.
